You will work within a family business where sustainability, innovation and the cultivation of high-quality plants are the main focus. Karma Plants was founded in 2000 and currently employs approximately 35 people. Known as the supplier of potted anthuriums and other tropical houseplants. The clients are located throughout Europe and include garden centers, wholesalers and retail organizations. The company currently consists of 2 locations and more than 90,000 m² of greenhouse. Approximately 4 million potted plants are grown every year. A beautiful new construction has recently been realized, with beautiful new techniques and fully equipped. As a result, the plants are grown in optimal conditions all year round.

A selection of the activities?
• You handle incoming orders that come in digitally, by telephone and by email
• You are in contact with clients
• You prepare orders, ensuring that the packing instructions are correct on the packing slips
• You update various overviews that shows a good overview of the available plants

Forklift Driver

Do you like to be on the move, but preferably on wheels? You work in a fun and enthusiastic team and are responsible for moving and setting out the plants. You can’t just do this with a normal forklift, no, we have something special… A fully electric Red Bull Racing forklift! Can you see yourself sitting in this awesome truck?!

• Moving and setting out the plants
• Clean the floors and paths with the sweeper machine
• Preparing plants for sale

Logistics employee

Are you an active person and looking for a full-time position where you keep moving? Our logistics employee is responsible for the ins and outs of the logistics process within the company. After the plants have been packed on the carts, they must be prepared for transport. You are the final link before the plants leave the nursery.

A selection of the activities?
• Prepare carts for transport
• Prepare auction carts and register at the auction
• Create transport letters in software program
• Check logistical sales channels

• Introducing and spreading natural insects
• Assisting in setting up new trials

Automation Assistant

Do you like watching machines work? For the fully automated ‘young plant’ location, we are looking for a young and motivated person who can handle machines (no automation training required). You get to know the machines through the team and ensure that the processes from A to B are carried out successfully. Investigate and solve malfunctions that arise together with the team.

A selection of the activities?
• Staking out plants by means of shuttles
• Assisting with potting plants
• Resolving malfunctions
